My name is Adam. I’m a senior UX research specialist at Vanguard. I used mix-methods to understand user behavior.
Before joining Vanguard, I obtained a PhD in cognitive psychology from Georgetown University and worked as a postdoc at the University of Pennsylvania.
My approach to user research is heavily informed by the technical skills & subject-matter expertise I gained during my days as an academic.
